Poem No. 2-A I n s p i r a t i o n

POEM No.  2-A

INSPIRATION

I would like to have the inspiration

of the inveterate poets

to convert these verses

in beautiful messages

to uplift us

and motivate us to live happily.

I would like to have the imagination

of the inveterate  poets

to convert the scarcity

in constant abundance

so that no child in the world

would have to go to bed without being fed.

I would like to have the intention

of the inveterate poets

to convert with my pen

my thoughts on latent realities

so that I could  give everybody

motivations for dreaming and permanent happiness.

I would like to have the illusion

of the inveterate  poets

to convert the infinite sorrows that beset us

in promises of joy and congratulations

that constitute  an incentive

in our present and our future.

I would like to have the conviction

of the inveterate  poets

to convert like a wizard, my word,

touching with my wand

each problem  of the Planet

and disappear them with an "abra  cadabra."

I would like to have the  seduction

of the inveterate poets

to turn my thoughts and ideals

into a source of inspiration for world leaders

to convince them that it's healthier

not invest in weapons but in medicine and education.

I would like to have the persuasion

of the inveterate  poets

to convert  such violence in the world

into haven of peace for humanity

in order to learn to live with siblings,

joined together to support each other.
