Yesterday

I spend majority of the day putting the rest of the chairs together. They aren't really difficult but the get good leverage to be able to drive the screws in and tighten all the bolts I had to put each chair upside down in the counter in the kitchen and stand on a step stool. It was the only way I could think of to be able to use the force I needed to to get the job done and not risk damaging the the rest of each chair. Since the backs are longer than the seat height I couldn't use another chair. One of them came with the seat having a dent and slight crack. I requested a free replacement part. That won't be here until early June. The other one is usable, but it is right in the middle of the seat and readily visible. Paying the kind of money I did for them I won't settle for less than the best they can be. Otherwise they are well-made and of sturdy, heavy wood. I like them a lot. Today I did errands in the morning. Made 3 pasta salad (one gluten free). One reg and the gluten free are going with me to a cook out at 6. The other is for us. I'm planning on grilling steaks tomorrow for us and it's a good side dish for that. My back and my feel were killing me yesterday. Today my feet had enough after errands and making the salads. So I am sitting folding cloths and watching tv. I love you.
